SeaFall are a jazz-tinged folk group trio based around Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. The players are :Moira Morgan (guitar,bodhran) a singer/songwriter who began with her early punk band ‘Moira and the Mice’, whom John Peel described as  Four square up my boulevard. Her distinctive voice moves effortlessly from delicacy and power, as her later career in Jazz shines through. Xenia Porteous is a brilliant young fiddle virtuoso, who is equally at home with rock and classical music as with folk and Jazz; she also has an original and beautiful approach to harmony singing. Davy Cartwright (guitar, bodhran) is a mellow singer/ songwriter described by Friends of Fairport Convention as very much a one off who writes songs of gentle thoughtfulness….that both relax you, and yet stir the brain into thinking.
